2 ounces bourbon

3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice

3/4 ounce fresh honey

1/2 orange wheel (for serving, optional)

Maraschino cherry (for serving, optional)

Chill a rocks glass or a double rocks glass

Combine bourbon, fresh lemon juice, and honey into shaker filled with ice.

Shake for 20-30 seconds.

Pour into a chilled rocks glass.

Drop in a cherry and place an orange wheel on the rim.

Serve.
