Roman's Rib Rub

This rib rub is for 1 to 1 1/2 rack of ribs.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp kosher salt

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp ground red pepper

  • 3/4 tsp gardlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp white pepper

  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard

  • 1/2 tsp rubbed sage

  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves

Directions

  • Put all ingredients in a bowl & mix thoroughly. Pay attention to remove any lumps.

  • Store in cool, dry place
