Parmesan Roasted Garlic Bread

- To save time and cooking time, you can remove the roasted garlic and just add minced garlic to the butter.

Ingredients
2 heads of garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
A pinch of kosher salt and black Pepper
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1/2 cup (heaping) freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 loaf French bread
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°. Slice top third off of the head of garlic. Place the garlic heads into a baking dish, cover the dish tightly with foil and roast for 40 minutes. Remove and let cool.
In a bowl, throw in the softened butter, a pinch of kosher salt and black pepper, the chopped parsley, grated Parmesan and squeeze in the cloves from the two heads of garlic.
With a wooden spoon, smash up the roasted garlic cloves and then mix it all together. Spread the butter onto the French bread in an even coating.
Bake in a preheated 350 degrees for 10 minutes before flipping on the broiler and broiling for 3-5 minutes, watch carefully and rotate the pan for even browning.
Let cool slightly before cutting and serving.
