Fizzy Whiskey Sour


  • 2 ounces bourbon

  • Juice from half a lemon

  • 3/4 ounce fresh honey

  • 2-3 ounces sparkling water (depending on desired cocktail strength)


  • Chill a rocks glass or a double rocks glass

  • In a chilled glass, pour bourbon, lemon juice and honey.

  • Stir until honey is dissolved.

  • Top off with sparkling water.

  • Stir one more time and serve.
